The role of the referees is to guarantee by intelligent testing and by a careful examination that the submitted code coincides with its algorithm description, and that the experimental results and failure case analysis proposed by the authors are faithful and comprehensive.

This guarantee is limited to the main algorithm, described on the submitted web page, and may no include other secondary algorithms used in the demonstration.

The referees also check the references and give an opinion on the scientific and practical relevance of the algorithm.
