Preliminary submissions must be supported by at least one member of the committee. Based on the preliminary report by this member, the committee decides wether it authorizes the submission.

A submission is complete only when a provisional web page, an on line demo, and an archive have been installed by IPOL. These pages bear the mention "submitted" until they are accepted.

Once the publication has been accepted, the web pages are locked and bear the "accepted" mention. A forum is added to these pages for feedback and comments, starting with the referee reports.
